Our gardening team will guide you through the lush greenery, sharing insights into the diverse flora that thrives in our tropical environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in a ‘Gardeners’ Question Time’, where you can ask our experts about plant care, gardening tips, and more.

Ticket Exchange:
If you are unable to attend the attraction through no fault of ours, we may offer a ticket exchange facility for a different date may be offered subject to availability. In order to obtain an exchange you must contact us at least a week before your planned visit. If a discount has been applied to the tickets, then this will only be honoured within the original terms and conditions of the offer.
If the tickets are exchanged for tickets of a higher value the difference must be paid. If the tickets are exchanged for tickets of a lower value the difference might be retained by the attraction.Refunds:
Tickets are non refundable and non transferable. Unless at the discretion of the attraction management. Refunds shall only be made to the person who purchased the tickets and, when possible, be made using the same method as was used to purchase the tickets except, at our discretion, where payment was made by cash.
